I normally wear a 7.5 in flats (8 for boots or shoes I wear with socks) but these were SO big on me. I ended up exchanging them for a full size smaller (6.5) which seems crazy that it was that far off. I considered going down a half size, but thought they would still slip off my heel since the gap was so wide. I will say the 6.5 is a bit tight in the toes, but perfect on the heel. I'm just stretching them out by wearing them which sucks to have to do, but they were too cute to send back...and I don't have wide feet at all.
